I am Owen Nishimura. I am the CTO and a cofounder of Coresix, where I build secure infrastructure for AI agents. I also run Alchemy Intelligence, my AI consulting company. I live and work in Tokyo.

I have founded companies since 2010, as founder and CTO. Funverse, a mobile social gaming company, was acquired in 2011. At DreamHeart Games, we released more than 40 mobile games and apps, with over 10 million downloads.

In 2014, I founded Mobile Alchemy to build websites and mobile apps. It is now Alchemy Intelligence, where I help companies build with AI. From 2018 to 2022, I was also founder and CTO of Beaconforce, an employee-engagement company that Zucchetti acquired in 2021.

Most of my time now goes to Coresix. Companies connect their own documents, chats, and email, and their teams get sourced answers and agents that work on that data. As CTO, I work on the layer under those agents: where the data lives, what each agent can access, how we test it against prompt injection, and how we log what it did.

I write here about that work. Each post comes from something I built or tested, with the real numbers: costs, timings, token counts, and benchmark results. Where I can, I link a public repo so you can repeat the work.
